Unplug for an hour each day to feel more grounded
Find an hour of the day to silence your electronic devices and put them out of sight. (Try this at home after the workday.) Enjoy the experience of freedom from pings, calls, and distractions.
If you can, build up to unplugging for two or three hours a day.
While technology has wonderful uses, it can also lead to distraction and anxiety over keeping "up to date." This exercise can help ground you and decrease distractions.
